How does mountain cheese become free from additives?

Often times additives are used in cheese production. But the mountain cheese of Käse Glückler is free from any additives. It is also produced without genetice engineering and contains raw milk and salt only.

Similar to cheese production, our meat products are manufactured withour any additives.
